The Business Internet Service offers a dedicated and cost-effective Internet connection, which can be tailored to a company’s individual bandwidth requirements. The BIS is delivered with a preconfigured and managed IPv4 and IPv6 enabled router. This router is connected to our high-performance backbone via a fiber-optic port, whilst the Internet connection is based upon fast- or Gigabit Ethernet.

The service is proactively monitored by Init7, and an additional support hotline is available to customers 24/7. An optional BGP4 feed is also available, i.e. the BIS can be used in conjunction with multihoming.
