We experience an outage of our transatlantic link between London, Telehouse East and New York, Telx. Traffic is routed via an alternate link. We don't see any congestion at the moment. Investigation with our supplier is in progress. We are working to prevent any traffic congestion. Update 01.03.2015 00:30 CET Supplier has informed us that this outage is part of a planned maintenance works. Unfortunately they missed to notify us in advance. The planned work is to be completed until today 12:00 CET. Routing changes are in place so no congestion is expected. Update 01.03.2015 22:30 CET Our link has been restored at 01:45 CET. There haven't been any more interruptions since. | |
