Full refund
You are entitled to a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The router and all supplied components are undamaged.
- The router must be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please note that the original packaging must not be used as the shipping box has to be shipped in an additional, suitable box.
Warranty exchange
A warranty exchange will be carried out if all of the following criteria are met:
- The problem occurs within 24 months of purchase.
- There is no willful damage.
- It is not an insured event such as lightning strike, water damage, etc.
- The device is not contaminated by toxic substances such as nicotine or other harmful substances.
