How do I update the firmware on my Zyxel?

Download the following ZIP file and unpack the ZIP file (under "support"):

Fiber7-X AX7501-B0, -B1
Fiber7-X EE5301
Hybrid7 XGS-PON AX7501-B0, -B1
Hybrid7 XGS-PON PE5301
Copper7 XMG3927
Zyxel GM4100

Please download the correct version. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

1. Call up the device's web interface (192.168.1.1)
2. Navigate to the "Maintenance" menu
3. Select option "Firmware Upgrade"
4. Select "Datei auswählen" and upload the downloaded "BIN"-file from the ZIP
5. Click on the "Upload" button
