How do I transfer to the Init7 Zattoo option if I already have a Zattoo subscription with a different login email address?

If you have purchased your Zattoo subscription via an App Store (Apple or Google Play), a transfer during this term is unfortunately not possible.

If you have purchased your Zattoo subscription directly from Zattoo: In order to take your Zattoo recordings/your existing account with you, the existing Zattoo account must be mutated to the email you have defined as your contact email at Init7 before you book the option at
