What do I do, if I already have a Zattoo account with the same e-mail address as the Init7 customer contact?

If you have purchased your existing Zattoo account "InApp" from an App Store (Apple or Google Play), you can only take advantage of the offer via Init7 with the same email address after cancelling and terminating your account in the App Store.

If you purchase your existing Zattoo account directly from Zattoo, you do not need to do anything else.

Your existing Zattoo account will be automatically mutated from the moment of your booking via lobby.init7.net.

Any recordings will be transferred automatically and if you have already made a prepayment for your existing Zattoo account, you will receive a direct refund from Zattoo for the remaining term of your existing contract.
